#OxfamColourME Volunteer Artist Recruitment
Have an eye for art? Interested in using your creativity for good? We at Oxfam Hong Kong are calling on all artists to design our gift cards! This project aims to help everyone learn more about Oxfam’s work by illustrating what we actually use to tackle poverty. We hope that through your artwork, you can raise awareness about poverty issues and help the public develop empathy for underprivileged communities.

This volunteer activity will take place simultaneously around the world and all artists will have the opportunity to have their artwork published in the Oxfam Gifts Catalogue and displayed in a public art gallery, which will bring colour and joy to everyone! (Stay tuned for more details) All participants will also receive an electronic certificate of recognition!

This event will be held throughout the year. After creating a design, artists can upload their masterpiece to their crowdfunding page on Oxfam's website.

Through these initiatives, we hope to encourage the public to learn more about poverty and support Oxfam's anti-poverty projects.

safe water

Safe Water
Water is essential. In poor communities, people often have to trek long distances to fetch water, which is strenuous; still, the water they fetch might not be clean. Your gift, however, can prevent infectious disease and make life easier for many people.

Shine a Light
In poor rural villages, students often lack light at night to study. With this gift, you can provide a solar-powered lantern for a schoolchild.
