temporary accounts assistant (FULL TIME / PART TIME)
Responsibilities:
- Record donations in donor database system.
- Issue donation receipt.
- Reconcile donations from various e-channels.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Provide administrative support for Finance Team, e.g. bank visit, filing.
- Handle any other job duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- F5 or above, with at least 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office, English and Chinese word processing.
- Good Interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with tight timeline.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision in highly desirable.
