[Eat Fair Campaign] Infinite Food Design Challenge 2025/26 - Early bird enrollment for Competition and Free Workshop
Oxfam will organise two free 'Eat Fair Cooking Workshops' in November for early registrants of the [Eat Fair Campaign] Infinite Meal Design Challenge. These workshops aim to help participants gain inspiration and practical skills through hands-on experience, preparing them for the competition.
Important notes:
- Participants must submit their entries after attending the workshop and before the competition deadline.
- Each participant may enroll only once; duplicate enrollment will not be accepted.
- The workshop must be attended by the participant in person, along with their parent or schoolmate. Substitutions are not allowed.

Discover the authentic techniques of handmade dim sum through fun, hands-on learning that brings depth and excitement to the experience.
The workshop serves as a prelude to the [Eat Fair Campaign] Infinite Food Design Challenge 2025/26, allowing participants to gain inspiration and skills through hands-on practice in preparation for the competition.

Activity content:
Learn the authentic techniques of making udon through fun, hands-on activities, and discover how to blend tradition with innovation in your own culinary creations.
The workshop serves as a prelude to the [Eat Fair Campaign] Infinite Food Design Challenge 2025/26, allowing participants to gain inspiration and skills through hands-on practice in preparation for the competition.

Important Notes:
- Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email for the activity.
- Once confirmed, your enrollment details cannot be changed.
- Participants will receive an email with activity reminders and important notes one to two weeks before the activity.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity starts.
- Oxfam will take photos during the event, which may be uploaded to Oxfam’s website or other platforms for sharing and promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to appear in photos, please inform the staff in advance.
- Participants must not engage in any behavior that may violate any laws or cause any form of misrepresentation or harm to Oxfam.
- Photography, audio recording, video recording, or live broadcasting during the event is strictly prohibited.
- After the activity, participants are requested to complete a feedback form to share their opinions about the activity.
- Oxfam reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all event arrangements.
Arrangements for Adverse Weather and Special Incidents:
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or if the Education Bureau or Social Welfare Department announces class suspension within three hours before the activity starts, the activity will be cancelled.
