  • Participants are the sole owners of the submitted videos, and must guarantee that the videos are their original works without any plagiarism, defamation, or infringement of other people's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others.
  • The video must not contain any content that could be considered as spam, malicious software, fraud, violence, hate speech, terrorism, harassment, bullying, threats, pornography, child exploitation, identity theft, political, private or confidential information, advocacy of danger, illegal activities, public live streaming, infringement, indecent or obscene images, content, photos, or other materials; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
  • Participants must agree that the submitted video and/or their story may be used by Oxfam Hong Kong, other Oxfam affliiates around the world, and Oxfam's partners, and may be used to promote the work of Oxfam and assist Oxfam in fundraising. There may be opportunities to appear in different media, including websites, newspapers, social media, publications, TV and radio, etc.
  • Participants must agree Oxfam Hong Kong to link the performance video to the designated crowdfunding page
  • Oxfam Hong Kong reserves the final decision on the videos to be broadcasted on social media of the organization and this event.
