Returns and Exchanges
1. In general, Oxfam Hong Kong does not accept returns or exchanges.
2. If an item is received with serious defects or damage, or if there is a discrepancy in quantity, please contact Miss Kate Wong (3120 5152) within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. Refunds will not be provided.
3. Items returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
• Packaging must remain in the same condition as when delivered.
• Oxfam Hong Kong reserves the sole discretion to accept or decline any return or exchange. Under no circumstances will direct returns be accepted, nor will Oxfam Hong Kong be held responsible for any damages incurred by the customer for any reason.
