S/He works closely with the HR and Administration team to support the efficient delivery of HR and office operations, while also coordinating volunteer and internship activities. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing staff-cost budgets and summaries; support payroll processing and tax administration; manage staff benefits, including changes and terminations.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding; conduct orientation and induction programs.
- Organize in-house training sessions, maintain training platforms, and compile training data and reports.
- Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems; generate and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination; oversee maintenance of office equipment and service contracts.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and policy updates.
- Promote workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Liaise with service providers, suppliers, contractors, and building management.
- Assist in managing the volunteer and internship program.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and Tax regulations.
- Proficient in using HRIS for records management and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
