Oxfam Rice Sale - Oxfam China Development Fund
In 1992, Oxfam set up the Oxfam China Development Fund to support our poverty alleviation and emergency relief projects in Mainland China. We have allocated more than HK$600 million to more than 1,800 projects in 29 provinces across the country.
There are many ways to support the fight against poverty in Mainland China:
Be a sponsor of Oxfam China Development Fund (Oxfam Rice Sale)
By becoming a sponsor of the Oxfam China Development Fund, your company / organisation / foundation can reach potential customers and the Hong Kong community at large at a very low cost. Oxfam enjoys extensive coverage in various media, including TV, Internet, print, and radio. We also do our own direct mailings and publications. All of this is at no extra promotional cost.

Oxfam Rice Sale - Corporate Volunteer Scheme
The Oxfam Rice Sale is the main annual event to raise funds for our work in Mainland China, which is our largest programme. Every year, generous support comes from various companies, organisations and schools, as well as the media. The event is ordinarily held in May.
You are invited to involve your employees / members as volunteers to join the Oxfam Rice Sale with a specific stall named under your company / organisation / foundation. A specially-designed banner will be made for the event to acknowledge your efforts and support.
You can encourage your employees / member / clients to support our work by becoming a monthly donor to Oxfam to offer constant support to our long term work around the world.
