每逢周日一眾「姐姐」在忙碌工作一周後，終於能好好休息一天。她們有的在公園、廣場野餐，和朋友相聚。但有四位「菲傭」沒有休息，反而在加緊訓練，正在為11月17日至19日舉行的樂施毅行者做準備，她們就是Aleli 、Marian、Bernadette和Beverly。
38 歲的隊長Aleli已經在本港工作近14 年了。她來到後就愛上了這裡的山景，愛上了爬山，每逢周日遠足。她說：「我對遠足的熱愛戰勝了疲倦，利用每周僅有的一天假期做了有意義的事。 」
